Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

This kind of weather makes Kiddo very happy - delighted even - to walk to the bus stop in the morning:

Kiddo doesn't mind the single-digit wind chills, the fogged-up glasses (okay, she does mind the impaired vision and pulls her glasses way down her nose to my eternal frustration) or the melting-then-refreezing flakes against her cheeks:

Kiddo loves to dance and skip down the icy, snowy sidewalk, utterly ignoring Mommy's repeated warnings to be careful (there's loads of fresh goose poop lurking underneath the pristine, white snow):

Mommy, on the other hand? Totally prefers DRIVING to the corner and waiting for the bus in the nice, warm, dry car!! Yeah, I'm a wimp, I admit it!

BRRRRRR!

How cute is that!!! I can't believe you have that much snow already. It's 15 degrees here but NO snow yet!!!

I'm glad SOMEONE is enjoying the snow. With weather like that though, I'm wondering if I really do want to come home for Christmas! Ugh. At least I have the love of friends to keep me warm.

Great pics! My girls love the snow... I do too, but I am with you on the wind I hate it even if it is warm - breeze is one thing, wind can go away and never come another day!!

Early snow is always pretty and welcome. It's the February and March snow that's a bi&%*

That's what I disliked about the cold weather the most: having to wait for the bus! I don't miss that.

That's too cute! I wonder if we'll get to see snow again. We went to the snowfields down south before children, but now we're a bit tied up. I'd love to take them though!

Now sing with me:

"well I've never been to Greenland
and I've never been to Denver
and I've never buried treasure in ST Louie or ST Paul
and I've never been to Moscow
and I've never been to Tampa
and I've never been to Boston in the fall ...

we are the pirates we don't do anything
we just stay at home, and lie around
and if you ask us, to do anything
we'll just tell you, we don't do anything"

That's adorable! She looks like she's having so much fun.

I've seen snow twice and it was awesome!!! Than again I don't have to live in it, but I would love to try it sometime..
